A complete rebuild was undertaken to modernize a classic Lytton Park residence.   Extensive structural work was conducted to improve layout and function of the main and second floors as well as underpinning the basement.

Reconstruction of a 100 year old residence including a full underpinning of the basement. Construction focused on maximizing space in a small footprint.

A contemporary single family new build with an indoor pool. Work included design, permitting and construction using an energy efficient ICF wall and foundation structure combined with a steel and concrete floor system. The HVAC system included in floor Hydronic hot water heat integrated with heating for the pool.
