A contemporary single family new build with an indoor pool. Work included design, permitting and construction using an energy efficient ICF wall and foundation structure combined with a steel and concrete floor system. The HVAC system included in floor Hydronic hot water heat integrated with heating for the pool.

A complete interior gut and addition. Working with the client to design and implement a modern upgrade to a classic Lawrence Park home.

Designed and retrofitted the existing home while adding an addition to accommodate a Great Room on the main floor and a new second floor Master Bedroom.
