One key issue in choosing our builder was to find someone who was reliable, available and easy to work with. Alan was well recommended to us, and the reputation was well-earned. We stated from the outset that we wanted the construction to be enjoyable—and it was. Alan managed the development of our new home, starting with recommending the Architect through to completion. We were impressed with his ability to ensure that the design accomplished our objectives and at the same time create an elegant and functional home. His suggestions were helpful and his appreciation of the small details gave us the quality product we sought. It was delivered on time and on budget, and our design objectives were met. Since completion whenever we have a concern or item requiring attention he is always available.
